Show FALL HMJ SHAFT Sam Dans of Spanish Fork Plunges Eighty-Two Feet in Bingham Mine Special to The Tribune. ' BINGHAM, Oct. 1. Sam Davis, a miner of Spanisli Fork, aged 47, was instantly killed this morning by falling down a shaft in the Utah Copper mine, at Bingham, a diatanco of eighty-two feet. Davis had signaled for the skip in order to ascend to tho surface. In some manner he lost his footing and plungfd to tho bottom of the shatt.
