Show COMMISSIONERS MEET. County Legislators Meet at Coalville and Transact Business. Special to The Tribune. COALVILLE, Feb. 8. The Board of County Commissioners finished their regular monthly meeting todny. the following business being transacted at the session: The statement of the clerk's fees for the month of December, 1905, amounting amount-ing to $231, and of January, 190G, amounting to $234.95, was read and ordered or-dered placed on file. A communication was read from State Engineer Caleb Tanner relating to the county purchasing water meters and Installing the same In the streams of the Weber river In this county, but the board did not take any action In the matter. Tho resignation of Joshua Bates, road supervisor of Wanshlp, was accepted. ac-cepted. B1113 amounting to $700 were allowed, and the sum of $2000 was paid J. H. Salmon, contractor for the new Jail, and $1535.90 paid to Hlgham, Burton & Taylor Co. for plumbing and heating work on Jail. The statement of the Recorder's feos for the month of January, amounting to $112.55, was read and ordered placed on file. Tho bond of Joseph Williams of Ka-mas Ka-mas was approved. Mr. Williams recently re-cently bought out tho liquor business conducted by Gardell KIckctts at that place. |
