FOR WRITING BAD LETTERS Pastor Arrested on Charge of Sonding Obscene Matter in Mnils. CHICAGO. Feb. 8. Rev. Justin G. Wade, pastor of the First Congregational church of Wawkegan, 111., was arrested lodav by postoinco officials upon the charge of sending obscene letters through ihe mulls.
