Not only has Mr. Tlbbals secured, with the co-opcra-tlon of his clients, the Wans with which to pay for theso acquisitions, but. In ad- dltlon to this, he has $4000 for tho treasury and with which to prosecute development, that will be- inaugurated Immediately.
