TWO INCENDIARY FIRES One of tho First Buildings Erected nt Weiser Destroyed. Special to Tho Tribune, WEISER. Ida., Aug. 23. An unoccupied unoccu-pied house, ono of tho first buildings erected In Weiser, waa destroyed by flro last night. Tho Flro department responded re-sponded promptly, but tho flro had gained such headway It was lmposslblo to check It. At G o'clock this morning tho barn, wldch was about 100 yards from tho, residence resi-dence building, wns discovered to be on fire, and was burned to tho ground before be-fore tho Flro department arrived. The fires wero undoubtedly the work of nn Incendiary, as persons who wero early on the eceno smclled coal oil. Tho buildings build-ings wero uninsured.
