BEAT A WOMAN. Two Girls Before Judge Biovra on a Serious Charge. Bessie and Lulu Allen were arraigned before Judge Brown In the Juvenile court yesterday on a charge of beating Mrs. Adams a neighbor. The girls alleged that Mrs. Adams h;ii made sport of thcir brothcr, who suffers a nervous affliction, and admitted that they hud seized her and given her a severe beating.
