Tho crime of ndultory charged ngalnst Madsen is alleged to have been committed commit-ted with Christina Tollestrup. a widow who resided near Centerflold, Utah, the climax which added greatly to tho sensation sensa-tion being tho death of Mrs. Tollestrup from a criminal operation, a few days ago. An Inquest was held and an autopsv was performed by Drs. Freece of Sallna and Sears of Mantl. tho physicians testifying testi-fying that death had resulted from a criminal operation, and the Coroner's Jury rendered a verdict that said operation opera-tion had been performed by parties to them unkliown. The death of Mrs. Tollestrup is a particularly par-ticularly sad one, as sho leaves three young children alono In tho world, their father having died a few years ago.
