Uy this system sys-tem the fees of tho Mayor's officii are turned into the city treasury and the Mayor Is paid a salary. Mr. Ingledue also won by announcing his readiness to marry any Marshall-town Marshall-town couplo that might -apply to him free of charge. One Sundaj- morning not long ago he was talking to somo men on a street corner, when the subject of weddingo came up. The Mayor Bald ho had heard that thero was a tnmi or combine among the preachers.
