G-. A. R. Dny at Lagoon. The annual outing of the Grand Army ut Lagoon tomorrow promises to be an interesting affair and to draw a large attendance. The programme for the day will be: At 4 o'clock, foot races; at 5 o'clock, boat races: at G o'clock, patriotic exercises exer-cises consisting of vocal and Instrumental Instru-mental music and short addresses by Gov. Heber M. Wells and Hon. Georgo Sutherland, Hon. M. A. Breeden and others; at 7 o'clock, beans and coffee; at 8.30 o'clock, dancing. The merchants and businessmen of the city have contributed handsome prizes for those successful in the contests.
