His. would-be as-. -f sassin, believed to be a foreigner, -f- is -under arrest. M. Jadovpki's assailant was a -f f Russian named Llnltskl. He had -f been in Berne for some weeks and complained that the Russian H- authorities . had confiscated an -f -f estate belonging to 'him. M.
