The building of the Moffat road is attracting large amounts of capital to Gilp'n county and now mines are being be-ing opened ud. old properties worked and mines which were being operated under difficulties are running smoothly. The road should be in South Boulder Park by the middle of February, as the contracts call for completion of the grading by Fehruary 10th. and the tracklayers are right on the heels of the graders.
