Show KEARNS-KEITH ANNUAL. Another Youngster to Sound Praises of Park City's Ledges. The shareholders of the Kearns-Keith Kearns-Keith Mining company met for the second sec-ond time In annual session yesterday, yester-day, elected a board of directors and the household that will preside over itii destinies the present year, and adjourned ad-journed about as well pleased with present conditions and as exultant over the outlook as any crowd that has gathered during the year. While no formal report had been compiled save that relating- to the financial status of a youngster which has risen to the stature of an ndult In so shor t a time It was shown that during the year tho company has effected connection with at least one of Its main ledges, constructed con-structed a mill from which concentrates are now issuing and coming to the valley furnaces, and that tho main work is now so well in hand that tho present season promises to promote It to a place among the foremost of the camp's producers. ln tho organization of the board Thomas Kearns was made president and general manager; David Keith, vice-president, and Frank Westcott, secretary and treasurer. These olllcers. with John A. Creighton of Omaha and Joseph T. Richards, will serve as directors, di-rectors, while the mines and null will be tinder the immediate supervision of M. J. Daily, who Is serving the Silver King ln similar capaoity. |
