without any consideration being named in July 111 l when the plaintiff was sick and unable to attend to business affairs and ho wan un able to read the English language and UI at In 1 tho 1 time of signing did not know that the Instrument was n deed until after being placed on record and after that defend ant agreed to pay plaintiff onehalf defenL annual proceeds from the land and In consideration of such payment the plain tiff agreed to let the deed remain In force Plaintiff allege that the defendant failed and refused to pay the plaintiff during the years 1D01 and 1002 1L IK
