WILL OF BISHOP RALEIGH Old Homestead t Eventually Go to M01on Church The executors of the will of tho late Bishop Raleigh examined many of his papers last evening and they are numerous J eenlng merous They found nothing however that affected the will as originally made and which has been rend to the family The principal provisions are that his wife Emily P retain tho property at 321 North First West street where the bishop expired as her home blstop that his wife Elizabeth A occupy her residence at 315 Center street that his daughter Caroline and his eon Jacob T live at the old homestead the latter to look after the general interests of the family At the death of Caroline tho old homestead which Is composed of a house and 10x20 rods of land Is to go to the Mormon church that is Ills to receive all the rents and profits there from forever the said proceeds to be used In the building and maintenance of temples The property is to remain profert Intact a though he were alive until after the death of his wives and the coming of age of his youngest child after which the property outside of the piece willed to the church is to be equally children divided among all his surviving I
