ASSAULTED FOR A GOOD DEED Willard Hutchins Stopped a Runaway Team and Was Attacked by its Owner Who Thought Hutchins Was Appropriating It Willard Hutchins got into trouble last night from doing a good act lIe was coming out of the livery stable on Fourth South and State streets in his buggy when a runaway team toro down State at a terrific pace Ifulch Ins followed In hIs buggy and when the team got tired running and Blackened Black-ened Its speed he caught the horses and stopped their mad career bout Third East and Sixth South street Ho put a boy In charge of his own buggy and started to drive the runaway team back to town On tho way he was suddenly sud-denly grabbed by the collar and violently vio-lently Jerked from his seat to the ground His assailant proved to be Jim Buckley the owner of the runaway run-away team Ho V55 very angry and charged Hutchins with going off with the team and for a while things looked veiy stormy Hutchins says he will smear to a complaint charging Buckley with assault and using abusive language lan-guage
