ABBOTT CASE RETRIED NOW IN HANDS OF JURY WITH DISAGREEMENT PROBABLE 1 Emma Wilson Changes Her Pica to l Guilty and Is Fined 10 Other Federal Court Cases The case against II Mason Abbott charged with sending through the mulls articles designed or Intended for the prevention of conception which was tried last week and resulted In a disagreement dis-agreement of the Jury was again tried yesterday The following were Jurors John K shorten William TCMiotl William Wil-liam Wnyman A L ITamlin William Wood R N Pypor George Knowldon Andrew Gray John A Do Valley I Edwin Ed-win Deacon Thomas A IMoofe and F A Virtue Of these only four were obtained ob-tained from the regular panel by rea I son of the list having been nearly exhausted ex-hausted for Jurors In the former trial I The elght others were procured by a spccjal venire from among the bystand ers The case went to the jury at 530 oclock At a late hour no verdict having hav-ing been returned Judge Riner retired for the night Another disagreement Is quite probable
