CRIME AND CRIMINALS Thp Washington grand Jury after after weeks investigation has Just returned an Indictment for murder against Mrs Ida Bonnie for tho alleged killing of James t > Ayers the young census clerk Edward H Martin formerly a Lieuten ant In the United States army who pleaded guilty a few days ago to a charge of passhlg worthless checks has been sentenced by Recorder Goff of Now York to ono year In the penitentiary In Parkersburrr W Va In the trial of Ellis Glenn William Richardson posi tively Identified the prisoner as Bert Glenn who sold him a deed of trust In ISvo The prisoner was affected by this testimony and showed signs of worry for tho first time Four masked men entered the hotel of Peter Hoko at Yorkville Pa last mid night and encountered the proprietor and Mike Rltzoll and George A Wachter guests During the fight which followed ono of the robbers was shot and killed and Mr Hoke was wounded In the leg Three remaining burglars escaped The dead man has not been idcntlllcd
