SYMPATHETIC STRIKE One Recommended Calling Out St Louis Labor Unions St Louis May 19A meeting of the Central Trades and Labor unions executive ex-ecutive board was held last night tor the purpose of consIdering a strike in support of the railway employees who the St Louts are on strike against LoUS Transit company The meeting adjourned ad-journed at 1230 this morning The delegates dele-gates indorsed the strike of the former employees of the St Louis Trans com recommend to all pan and resolved to al members of trades and labor organizations organiza-tions in St Louis that they hold themselves them-selves in readiness to suspend labor when called upon to do so by the executive execu-tive commltups of the Central Trades and Labor Council Building Trades I Council and Street Railway Mens I union The action of the Central Trades and I Labor acton Is not decisive therefore I J will be ncceHiiary for the delegates nt the impllnj lost night to report to their unions Eadt union will then vote upon thr I question and only those unions whose members vote to strike will Anlk out if the call comes A threefourths vow of each union Is tlre necessary to declare a strike
