We have lliis day made arrangements for two special trains to run between Salt Lake arid Ogden for the purpose of delivering Tin: Times to the citizens of the latter city every evening so that they can have the paper to read at the supper table. This arrangement has been made in compliance with a demand de-mand from l he. people of Ugdmi. Commencing Com-mencing today Tin; Times' special train over the Union l'acirtu w ill leave ilio depot promptly at 5 p. m., and make the run to Ogden iu about one hour. The other special train w ill go over the llio (iranda Western, loaving hero at 4:o0 p. in. The chartering of these two trains is the first enterprise of the kind ever attempted by any newspaper west of tho Missouri river, and no doubt will be appreciated by the thousands of our readers, iu Ogden. This service will continue until further notice. To accommodate vhe public Tun Times will permit passengers to travel on these Jlyer.i. The tickets on the Union Pacific, however, will not be good on the Rio Grande Western, ami vice versa. Persons going to Ogden in theso trains will be permitted to return' to this city ou any other trains they may sec lit. , The round trip tickets are good oa any train ou the road from which they arc purchased. isa extra charge will be made for traveling on tho Tiues' livers. This special service is inaugurated at great expense, and is intended for the benefit of out' thousands of patrons ami the accommodation ac-commodation of this citizens of Salt Lake and Ogden, and also- visitors to the carnival, many of whom will take advantage of these trains to visit Salt Lake.
