Tho special hour of !l o'clock having arrived. Conger moved that tho voting on the silver bill begin. Bland moved tho house concur in the senate amendments. Springer moved that separate votes be had on each section. Springer's motion was defeated yeas 1:15. nays 152; twenty-one republicans voting aye, nineteen democrats no. Springer withdrew' bis request for a separate vote on each section and the house, by a rising voto of 14(ito 85, non-concurred non-concurred iu all the roinniniug senate amendments. The house special bill now goes back to the senate with the request that il appoint a. conferencn committee.
