Show CENTERVILLE Doctor and Mrs. Stanley T. Hardy have left on a trip to Seattle, Wash ington, also Portland, Oregon, where they contemplate atteng the Doctors convention and calling on Mr. and Mrs. W. K. Francis. Mrs. Francis formerly being Miss Beryl Cheney of Centerville. Miss Billy Royal, niece of Miss Maria Dalton, who is here on a visit from Los Angeles, returned to Centerville yesterday from a four day visit to Morgan, where she rode horses and swam at Como Springs. Her mother, Mrs. Ethyl Royal, returned Wednesday from a three day visit with friends and relatives in Salt Lake. Mrs. Alice C. Cheney recently left for St. George, Utah, where she will spend a few days with her sister, Mrs. David H. Cannon. She will continue on to Las Vagus. Mr. Charles Rollins is well on his way to recovery. Mr. and Mrs. George Snyder left Centerville Thursday for their home in Glendale, California. They will make two stops, one in Idaho and one in San Francisco, where j they will visit relatives. Mrs. Snider Sni-der was formerly Miss Beatrice Brown of Centerville. V. F. Harrison, who has a posi. ' tion with the Salt Lake Hardware company in Salt Lake City, is hav-1 ing a week's vacation which he is spending home. j Mrs. Dale Arbuckle is expected to arrive here from California, this Saturday to visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. We doubt if there is a town anywhere that has such a liberal supply of this delicious fruit. The Lorenzo Scoffield home which is built of logs and adobes is be. ing torn down this week. This is one of the oldest houses in the town. |
