Show BOYS VISIT DINOSAUR NATIONAL MONUMENT AT VERNAL Foreman Charles Parker, and en rollees, Eugene Butcher, David Waltz and George Kopo returned to camp Tuesday evening, a three day trip to the Dinosaur National monument, near Vernal, Utah. They returned with trucks from the project work there. While at the National monument they were shown through the Dinosaur Din-osaur quarry and reported seeing the fosil dinosaur remains being removed and exposed to accommodate accommo-date the eighc seeing public. The boys said that they saw the excavating exca-vating work being done. They saw leg bones, back bones, shoulder blades, ribs and all parts. Many of these are exposed to be left in view; many are removed and sent to museums. The superintendent of the monument said that the camp is supported by transients and that they are paid $15 for regulars per month $20 for chief clerk and $25 for chief cooks. The camp i3 located lo-cated by one of the most wonderful wonder-ful springs in the State of Utah. The camp is without electric lights and plans are under way to install a bucket wheel to lift water from the Green river which will be turned turn-ed back into the river through a generating plant to make lights for the camp.
