Show BOYER TO BE TAKEN TO PROVO FOR TESTS AT MENTAL HOSPITAL ed is a proper person to be sent to the Utah state hospital for observation ob-servation and treatment, pursuant ' to sections 105-49-G of the laws of Utah, 1935. i "Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered or-dered that Paschal Leonard Boyer, .'the defendant herein, be and he is hereby committed to the Utah state hospital for observation and treatment treat-ment for a period not to exceed 30 days ..." The order then stipulated that upon expiration of the 30-day period per-iod Boyer wa3 to bo returned to the custody of Sheriff olllbrook "to await further order of this court." The hospital superintendent was ordered to make a written report to Judge Pratt "of the findings and conclusions upon the mental condition condi-tion of the accused." "All further proceedings in the above entitled action are "hereby suspended pending the determination determina-tion of the qustion of the present sanity or insanity of the defendant and until the further order of the court."
