Nordberg and daughter, Dorothy, returned home Saturday evening after spending the past few weeks In Los Angeles. Jones left for a two weeks vacation In California Cali-fornia Thursday. Mrs. B. D. Dennlon honored her little daughter, Marjorie, on her seventh birthday Thursday with a party. Luncheon was served to Mrs. Richard Smith, Mrs. J. D. tfnudsen, and Mrs. T. W. Rogers after which cards were enjoyed with Mrs. Rogers holding high score. Thursday the Relief Society Ladies had a quilting in the park. The qullters went in the morning and commenced work on a quilt, which will be sold at their annual Bazaar and at noon a luncheon was served to the group by Mrs. Angus Chrlstensen. Mrs. Angus Chrlstensen and sons, Bruce and Kent, returned home Sunday evening from American Am-erican Fork where they had spent the previous week as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Abner Burke. David Curry and son, Jerry, went to Vernal iTuesday evening where they will visit relatives and attend the Vernal homecoming home-coming and fair. Miss Lois Adams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Adams of Copperton, recently entered St. Mark's hospital in Salt Lake City, where she will commence a course In nurses training. Mrs. Fred Cox and grandson Floyd have returned from Salt Lake where they were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Davis. Mr. and Mrs. William Har-wood Har-wood and Harry Holes, of Landing, Lan-ding, Michigan, spent last week as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Denver.
