Show Tbe Cereal Fair. Washington, 6. Dispatches received at the department o Bt-te from the United States secretary of legation at Vienna, give an accouut ol the opening open-ing of the international cereal fair on the 10th of August, in tbe rotunda of the vaat edifice in the prater, in which the exposition of 1873 was held in that city. The number of producers and grain merchants present exceeded 10,000, and tbe amount of business transacted surpasses all expt-ciaiion. Otficial report of the condition of crops through the empire up to the i loth ot August, give aisurances of the abundant harvest. Toe following i average in quality and quaotiiy ia given: Good, to very good rye, Hun ; gary excepted; very good barley, bet i ter than was expecii; good potatoes and beets in excellent condition, although al-though the potato rot haa appeared in ' some districts; bopa, good in Bohemia, Bohe-mia, not so good in other provinces, i middling average, although oidium i baa extended its ravages into many i new districts.
