Sherman, with vice preoidentB 'generally from western states; recording record-ing secretary, L. M. Dayton; correa ponding secretary, A Hickenlooper; , treasurer, M. F. Force; orator for the next meeting, W. F. Vilas of Wisconsin. Wis-consin. An acknowledgment was ordered to be sent to Gen. Grant of a dispatch received last night expressing express-ing sympathy with the gathering. Resolutions of condolence on the death of Gen. Gilea A. Smith were adopted. An excursion was taken to Fort Snelliog, Minnehaha, Minne apolis ana otner points oi interest. The reunion closed with a banquet tonight. |
