Millard, Esq., of Omaha, one of the trovemmenl Directors of the Union Pacific Railroad Company. 1 Mr. Millard and J. F. Wilson, Esq., of Iowa, John A. Tibbitts, Etq., of Connecticut, and F. B. Brewer, Esq., of New "York, all of them, wo believe, Government Directors as above, are traveling in company examining into in-to the condition of that public thoroughfare. . tL.
