Show Hymeneal. The Herald extends its congratulations congratu-lations and good wishes to Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Cummings, who, last evening, started out on the voyage of life, together. The bride is the interesting inter-esting and intelligent daughter of Mr. H. B. Clawson. Miss Dellie has been popularly known and admired since her childhood , as a charming little actress of the Salt Lake stage; and she has ever been esteemed in private life by a large circle of personal per-sonal friends. Mr. M. E. Curaminga, tho groom, is son of our respected townsman, Mr. J. W. Cumminga, and has been fur some time, paying teller at the Dcseret National bank. While he has secured a rare jewel in a wile, she may be proud of her husband. The ceremony wns performed at the residence of the bride's parents, by Hon. D. H. Wells, and in tho presence of the families of the young couple and a number of intimate friends. After the marriage those present remained until a late hour enjoying themselves in the social dance and banqueting. The bridal presents were both numerous and elegant, reflecting credit on the tastes of the donors; and the congratulations and wishes for the future happiness aud prosperity qt Mr. and Mrs, C. were many and earnest. |
