Frank Val in-dire, in-dire, one of tue party who murdered four Italians in this city several weeks ago, has been captured and was today to-day brought to tliis city. He was the only one of the assassins at large. All are now secured and will be triei soon. Several of the band havo confessed con-fessed the crime since their incarceration, incarcer-ation, and it is believed that all of them, seven in number, will be hanged. A difficulty at Central cily, to-day, between H. W. Hall, of Albany, N. Y., representing the Albany mining company, and Wm. Kule, late superintendent super-intendent of the same company, resulted re-sulted in the shooting ol the latter. The wound is not believed to be serious. seri-ous. The feeling at Central city is intensely hostile to Hall, as it is believed be-lieved bis assault was wholly unwarranted, unwar-ranted, and his dealings with the creditors of the company evasive. |
