Subsequent information con firms LI ic ne we that units, jl . jcuci, iw Superintendent of the Kooky Mountain Moun-tain Coal Co., Ui-al in York -State, as announced in Sunday morning's morn-ing's Herald. Mr. Ucuel was a voting man of unusually bright promise, prom-ise, respected by all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance, beloved by the men witli whom he was associated, asso-ciated, and with a large circle ef friends and admirers. His mother and sister have our sympathy in their bereavement. Dr. Wm. H. Tait, long a practicing physician in this city, died on Sunday night, of general debility. Dr. Tait was a gentleman of superior ability and large experience in his profession. He leaves a wife and four hiklrcn. The funeral takes place this morning at 9 o'clock witli Masonic honors. Deceased was -17 years and three months old. Last evening, at half-past eight, L. V. Sutherland, Superintendent of the Salt Lake Iron Works, died at the Clitl House, of typhoid fever. He had been sick some four days. His friends have telegraphed to Xew York in regard to the disposition of his remains. We extend lo his wife our sympathy in this sudden bereavement. |
