Show The Situation in Utah. The following fol-lowing correspondence explains itself: Salt Lake City, May 6, 1872. Chan. G. Lcobcr, Esq., Jjeak Sir : We learn that you are about to go cast on enterprises connected connect-ed with this Territory, and consider this a fitting opportunity to respectfully request you, prior to your departure, to make known your views on the state of aFairs in our midst. We, therefore, invite you to deliver a public address on this subject at the Liberal Institute, at a conveniently early day to be designated desig-nated by you.
