Show The Article in the New York Herald of April 29th, in which that journal calls upon President Grant to request the resignation of eecretary Fish, as the true answer to the Cincin-aati Cincin-aati movement, is one of the most remarkable re-markable that has appeared for some time in that exceedingly versatile paper. It assumes that tho country has lost confidence in somebody connected with the administration, and that that identical iden-tical somebody is tho venerablo secretary secre-tary of State. This is the first intimation inti-mation the oountry has had that the object of the Cincinnati movement was to oust secretary Fish; and tho eecretary eecre-tary and tho country will be proportionately propor-tionately pleased to be thus informed on the matter. |
