Show LAW IEVDS TO A FORTUNE Two Well Known Salt Lake Attorneys Attor-neys Buy Into a Producing Mine The excitement incident to the absorption ab-sorption by the Dalton and Lark lIning lIn-ing company of Bingham of three big mining propositions adjoining had hardly been allowed to lull or quiet down before two wellknown Salt Lake I I attorneys Messrs Loofbourow and Kahn shied their castor into the field of action and when time was called they came to the front with an acquired ac-quired twothirds interest in the Fortune For-tune mine which is located south of and adjoining the Keystone mine which is one of the bonanzas lately purchased by the Dalton and Lark company At the time that the Dalton and Lark company acquired title to the Keystone Key-stone mine the property was being worked under lease by W H Knox and two other men and The Herald is informed that for a year past they had been making good money out of the business but with the sale of the Keystone and the expiration of their lease they turned their attention to the Fortune ground owned by them from which one or two shipments of high grade ore are now being made monthly At present the Treasure is being worked through the Keystone tunnel but before long the mine will be developed de-veloped so that the precious metals can be hoisted without depenaing on this outlet The parties who disposed of their interests in the Treasure were W H Knox and J P Motherwell and it is understood that they received a good sized wad of longgreens in payment therefor The Treasure shows up some fine ore bodies I is right on the great mineral min-eral belt of that region and there can be no doubt but that the new purchasers pur-chasers will make a mint of money out of their investment |
