Show I BOTTNDARY LINES Sandy People C l n th Courts to I Settle Their Differences The suit of Charles G Johnson against Betsy Jens n was on trial yesterday yes-terday before Judge Hues with Messrs Krebs Hoppaugh appearing for the plaintiff and Messrs George Westerfelt and Dewey Richards for the defendant The suit Involved the boundary line of a certain property situated near Sandy The plaintiff claimed that the defendant overstepped south boundary boun-dary line of her land and encroached upon his property to the extent of 2S feet Plaintiff asked that he be declared r r et JiP I dared the owner of the area in dispute and for 150 damages The defendant calmed that she had been in undisputed possession of the area in conflict since Jan 1 1SSO more than sufficient time to obtain title thereto while the plaintiff urged that Mrs Jensen might have occupied the premises for the time stated but that it was because the true boundary line was unknown to her and she held i I without any intention of overstepping the boundary line and that when the true boundary lnC was established she consented thereto and relinquished all claim to the property in dispute After the hearing his honor took i under advisement |
