Show MANAGERS COMBINE American and Foreign Railroad Officials Join Forces Chicago March 31According to an I item which is to appear in the next I issue of the Official Railway Guide the American Railway Association has become a member of the International Railway Congress This congress which is to meet in London June 28 1895 includes railway officials from all parts of the world thirtysix nations being represented in its membership Many subjects of great interest will be discussed The Prince of Wales has consented to preside at the opening ceremonies The delegates so far chosen chos-en to represent the American Railway association are R S Haines president of the association and vicepresident of the Plant system W G Allen secretary sec-retary of the system and manager of the Official Railway Guide The association asso-ciation is entitled to eight delegates I and the names of the others elected will be announced soon Th following named railway companies are members bees of the congress and will send delegates on their own account in addition ad-dition to the representatives L N Pennsylvania Denver Rio Grande New York New Haven and I Hartford Chesapeake Ohio Pitts I burg Richmond Fredericksburg Potomac Po-tomac Arizona Southeastern Los I Angeles Terminal |
