Depositors Flocking Into Kingston II KINGSTON N Y Oct 5As expected the city is rapidly filling up with people from all over the county who are depositors deposi-tors in the three city savings banks Business Busi-ness is at a standstill and crowds stand allover all-over discussing the wrecking of the Ulster County Savings institution The Kingston Savings bank and the Rondout Savings bank have each posted notices notifying depositors the sixty days notice required I by law must be given Large crowds of I depositors with bank books in hand stand in front of these institutions By noon the block wherein the banks court house and jail arc situated was filled with depositors deposi-tors There was a report of a large number num-ber of men coming from Creek Locks and for this reason the Fourteenth Separate company was ordered to be held in readiness readi-ness for service Ostrander and Trumpbour were arranged ar-ranged this morning They waived examination ex-amination and were bound over to await the action of the grand jury next week
