A Fraudulent Nebraska Insurance Company I OMAHA Oct 5Special telegram to I THE HIRALDA sensational chapter in connection with the recent failure of the Nebraska and Town Insurance company will be given to the public in a few da sAt s-At the time of the failure W G Albright was appointed receiver but owing to the press of private business he asked to be relieved and Hon A M Wyman was appointed to fill the vacancy Since tho appointment of Mr Wyman he has made D thorough investigation of the affairs of the company and the causes that led to the failure The result of the investigation will be made in the form of a report and will be submitted to the court within D few days The report will show that large amount of the a securities was spirited away and that worthless paper was substituted prior to the filing of the application for the appointment of a receiver I re-ceiver I will also show there was a well organized plan on the part of some of the stockholders to wreck the company
