Show Bountiful By RITA BROWN There is nothing like the mountains of Utah. Just driving driv-ing through them one sees fantastic fan-tastic scenery. The trees towering tow-ering above are ever changing. It is so cool under their branches bran-ches especially if there is a stream nearby. There are many lakes and streams some with fish some just for beauty and contemplation. The flowers are wild but could rival any cultivated flow ers in their beauty. They are beautiful only in their natural environment, though. The cultivated cul-tivated ones would look equally equal-ly out of place in the wild. There is a lesson there, "Be yourself." There is a lot to be learned from going to the mountains and respecting them. Anyone who has lived around a wilderness area like the High Uintas hopes these mountains will be around for generations to come. Civiliza tion has plenty of space in the valleys 'and low lands. The mountains are so special. They should be enjoyed in their pristine pris-tine loveliness. Sat. August 15 the Bountiful 20th Ward held a dance for the Single Interests and the YSI.
