Manager Clark of E L Lomaxas E as general passenger passen-ger and traffic agent of the entire Union Paciiic system Mr Lomax has had the title of general passenger agent for a number num-ber of years but under the Adams a ministration minis-tration really had jurisdiction only over tun Missouri river division of the road each of the other grand divisions of the system being supplied with a separate general passenger a ent The extension of Mr Lomaxs authority docs away with the general passenger agents of the Kansas divisions of the system The men who have held the positions affected
