County Court Matters LOGAN March iThe water commissioners ak missioners will today consider the petition of J N Christensen and others for a certificate of primary right to all water in Blacksmith park river below a point near the county bridge One of the main reasons for the meeting of the county court on Monday next is the serious consideration of the advisability of placing iron bridges over the Blacksmith Fork and Muddy rivers At present each of these streams is divided into three parts at the point where they pass tho county road and has therefore always been necessary neces-sary to keep six wooden bridges in repair along the county road between Logan and Wellsville Now it is proposed to run each of the rivers through one enlarged channel I placing thereupon one iron span This would be a vast improvement upon the present arrangemoat Under the energetic supervision of the present county court Cache will soon have the best series of bridges in the country
