OCR Text	Show As THE HERALD predicted weeks ago would be done the secretary of thu Senate has placed the name of FUED DUBOIS on the roll as a Senator from Idaho for the term beginning on March 4 DUBOIS will draw the salary at least until December when the Senate will pass upon the claim of CLAGETT to the seat We have never thought there was much qhancefor OLAGETT to win and this action by the secretary makes it reasonably certain that he will have all his trouble for nothing Had he not been assured that he was right and would be sustained the secretary would not have decided in favor of DUDOIS
