| Show The Idahoan Mr A J MacGowan of Hailey was in the city yesterday and left for home on the evening Irain MacGowan reports the famous Idahoan mine in a very promising condition eight feet of good ore having I been found on the SOOfoot level which is evidently continuous with a similar ore vein on the GOOfoot level thus bringing I virtually sight a strong vein of 200 feet perpendicular and of unknown extent along the length of the claim These developments develop-ments fully warrant the management in claiming an ore body in sight the value of which at the lowest estimate cannot be less than 200000 The town of Hailey is already feeling the impulse of this and other recent developments devel-opments and discoveries in the increased confidence of business men and miners Hailey Mr MacGowan says from the number and improved character of its buildings and their superior adaptability to the purposes for which they are desgned is already far ahead of what it was before the fire The success of the Haileyites in thus regaining more than they had losthas been owing in a large measure to the fullness full-ness and solidity of the insurances upon the property destroyedEx |
