trial of Standard automatic gas regulator reported that the Eureka Gas Saving company had been allowed to place its regulator in the courthouse court-house and jail for a period of sixty days at said companys expense to bo removed at its expense if the county refuses to purchase pur-chase them Fannie E Smith asked for aid Order granted for 10 and half a ton of coal The superintendent of the infirmary reported re-ported the deaths of Calvin Stevens Fred Hanak and Flora McKay Tho sum of 8335 was found on the body of Hanak The committee on bids for stationery etc recommended that Kelly Co be awarded the contract for blank books and offlo supplies for use of the court until January 1 1S93 on their giving satisfactory satisfac-tory bonds Ordered c c r 1 UL y LUIV that the county physician had examined Emily Evans and reported that she is able to work An order for her discharge was made The superintendent was ordered to render ren-der bill to Herman Cutler for the support of his mother in the infirmary and place the same in tho hands of the county attorney attor-ney In the matter of the discharge of William Brown from the infirmary Alex Brown and S W H Drown wera sworn and examined ex-amined Ordered that said Alex Brown and S W R Brown pay 2 per week each toward the support of William Brown now in the infirmary The bonds of R M Graves of Sandy and of Jeffrey Tibblow for liquor licenses li-censes were approved PETITIONS The county superintendent of schools reported re-ported verbally against the petitions of Harrington Donnelly Newell and of Samuel J Paul ot al clerk correspond with Davis county relative to the opening of a sheep road through Salt Lake and Davis from west of Jordan stock yard south of Bountiful between Mill Creek and City Creek cations on
