The New Circuit Jutes WASHINGTON March 9It is stated on the highest authority that the nine circuit fudges provided for at therecent session of Congress will not bo appointed for several months hi the President being of the opinion that each of the new courts can be organized at the time fixed for the act the third Wednesday in June by the associate justices of the supreme court the regular circuit judge and the district judges in each of the respective circuits regardless of the fact that the new circuit judges may not then have been appointed The same authority said this disposed of the report that there would be an extra session of the I pointments Senate for the consideratian of these ap
