Participating in these classes creates new talents ta-lents and certainly promises to be an exciting experience. DORA FLACK, faculty member for the "World Conference Con-ference on Records," recently held at the Salt Palace, lecturer for BYU Education Week and co-author of a book will present pre-sent "Preserving Your Past and Present." Microwave cooking will be presented by Sharon Kofford, an expert demonstrator from ZCMI. This class begins Oct. 15 at the home of Sharon Haskell; 407 W. 2350 S. , Bountiful. Boun-tiful. CREATIVE Cooking and sewing tips will be offered on Thursday mornings at 10-11 a.m. or evenings 7-8 p.m. beginning be-ginning Oct. 2, at 438 E. 400 N., Centerville, at the home of Delia Mae Jenson. Auto mechanics for women includes emergency helps and hints, a working knowledge of the mechanical systems of the automobile, communication tips or dealing with repair and service personnel, saving you many dollars. George Hawkins and the class will be held in his garage at 487 W. 24000 S. SCULPTURING, Clay Modeling for beginners and intermediate in-termediate students will begin Oct. 1. Call Shirley for information infor-mation on equipment needed, 295-5786. Class held in the Bountiful Libtary on Wednesday Wednes-day 1-3 p.m. Classes for Teens:Barbara' Binks instructor. Begins at the Bountiful Library on Sept. 2?, 3:30-5 p.m. BROADCASTING a "hands on experience" in learning the . "nuts and bolts" of a radio station sta-tion in this "On The Air" class. Instructor is Sunny Pietrfesa, chief engineer and production manage for KRCL, a community station. Class begins be-gins Sept. 23 at the KRCL Station, Sta-tion, 262 E. 100 S., in Salt Lake City, 4-6 p.m. Music for teens and children is scheduled for Wednesdays, beginning Sept. 24. Barbara Belnap will conduct this class. Time for students, K-3rd grade 3:30-4:30 p.m.; 4-6th grade 4:30-5:30 p.m.; teens 5:30-6:30 p.m. For more information call Barbara, 292-6429. CREATIVE Dance , creative movement and dance for chil- dre and teens will be taught by Terry Ross, BYU graduate in dance. He uses the Virginia Tanner method in her teaching.
