Show Mother of Moab Woman Dies In Colorado Services are scheduled in Oand Junction Thursdav for Mrs. Gertrude Ie Crumn. mother of Mrs. Robert Curf-man, Curf-man, of Moab. She passed awav suddenly at her Grand Junction home Monday. The Rev. Louis R. Tavlor will officiate at 11 a.m. rites in Martin's Chanel: burial will be in Orchard Mesa Cemetery. Ce-metery. Mrs. Crump, 78, was the widow of Jesse L. Crump, who was a railroader with the D&RGW for 40 years. He died in 1954. Three daughters also in 1954. Three daughters also preceded her in death. She moved to Grand Junction Junc-tion in 199, from Cape Girardeau, Gir-ardeau, Mo., where she was born on May 23, 1889. Her maiden name was Dickerson. She married Jesse L. Crump in Grand Junction on November Nov-ember 22, 1908. She was a member of the Christian Church, and the Fairmount Community Club. Surviving are three daughters daugh-ters and one son: Mrs. Robert (Betty) Curfman. Moab: Mrs. Garth Hall. Grand Junction: and Mrs. Jack Joyce, of El Paso. Texas: Kenneth, of Albuquerque, Al-buquerque, N.M.: also one sister. Mrs. Molly Limbaugh of Long Beach, ' Calif.; 19 grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Mrs. Curfman, an employee of the E. J. Claus accounting firm, left for Grand Junction upon receiving word of her mother's death. Her husband, a TGS Engineer, will join his wife Thursday. |
