Show SERVICES HELD SATURDAY FOR FRANK T. RIDING Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon in the First ward chapel for Franklin Taylor Riding, 67, who died last Tuesday evening, at the home of a son, Frank Riding, following a long illness. Burial was in the Evergreen Ever-green cemetery. Mr. Ridmg was bom at St. George, Sept. 19, 1879, a son of Henry Hale and Elizabeth Blake Riding, and spent his early life in that city. Following his marriage to Xiillie Hammond June 4, 1902, he moved to Eagle Valley, Nev., where he lived until 1921. He then moved to Lake View, where he operated a dairy. He also worked several years in a lumber mill in LeGrande, Oreg., before moving to Springville. He is, survived by his widow and three sons, Frank L. Riding, of Springville; Frederick Riding, of Roosevelt; John A. Riding, Montana; Mon-tana; also thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild; three sisters and a brother, Mrs. Henrietta Henri-etta Larsen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Mary Ann Beecham, St. George; Mrs. Jane Waggner and A. B. Riding, Rid-ing, Springville. |
