Show P.-T.A. COUNCIL TO MEET WEDNESDAY : Junior High School Band To Give Concert In Connection With Last Session The Springville council of the P.-T. A. will conduct the last regular reg-ular meeting of this season next Wednesday at 7:30 p. m. in the high school auditorium, directed by President Gertrude Clements. A special program has been arranged ar-ranged for the occasion and all parents are urged to be present. From 7:30 until 8 p. m., the junior jun-ior high school band will give a concert. This group of younger students have worked hard in the band this year and are anxious to demonstrate to the public what they have accomplished. Three short talks will be given following the concert. W. W. Brockbank, representing the teachers, will discuss dis-cuss what teachers expect from students; Blanch Beal, representing represent-ing parents, will tell what parents expect from the school, and a high school student will explain what a student expects from school. The meeting will also feature the election of officers for the coming year, the nominations for whom will be announced during the evening. Following the meeting, those who desire will be taken on a tour of the high school art gallery. The group will be divided into sections and someone will be in attendance , to explain the pictures in the i show. |
