Miss Kyriakopudos has also taken a course in French lectures. Mrs. Mary V. Dickinson of Kochester, N. Y., who' came to the city lo attend the wedding of Miss Margaret Taylor to W7illiam E. Dickson, which took place Wednesday, left Thursday, for Ely, Nevada, to visit her daughter, Mrs. E. C. Hair. Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Nelson and their son, Frank, and daughter, Melba, left Saturday for California, where they will visit Lake Tahoe, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Miss Florence Markcl has left for an extended eastern trip. Mr. and Mrs. Nephi J. Hansen and family have gone to Bear lake for several sev-eral weeks' stay. Mrs. B. K. Brown and daughter, Elizabeth, and Mrs. F. E. Dole and daughter, Delight, have returned from several weeks' trip to Oklahoma and Colorado Springs. Mrs. Lewis A. Merrill of Logan is in the city for a few weeks as the guest of Mrs.' E. J. Kearns. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton B. Ballantyne and their two daughters, Maud and Khoda, have moved from the Godbe home on East South Temple street, and will bo at the Bransford apartments for the winter. Mattingly left Saturday to visit with Mrs. Mattingly 's parents in Wausen, Ohio. Miss Ruth Cecil has returned from Portland, where she has been visiting her cousin, Miss Jeanette Snedeker. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Earls have gone to Idaho Falls to spend a few days with their son, Edgar E. Earls, and family. Miss Marie Fitzgerald, daughter of Mr. and Mts. H. J. Fitzgerald, has returned re-turned to Spokane, Wash., after spending spend-ing the summer with her parents here. Judge and Mrs. A. J. Weber and daughters, Miss "Dorothy Weber and Miss Laura Weber, have returned from California. Mrs. W. F. Knox and her son.
