Show NEW BABIES ARRIVE Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Hadden are the proud parents of an infant son, born Wednesday, Nov. 21, at the Roosevelt Hospital. Maternal grandparents of the baby are Mr. and Mrs. Chester Mathisen. Thanksgiving day ushered an 11-pound 11-pound girl into the home of Mr. and Mrs. . Roy Winn. The bay arrived ar-rived Thursday, Nov. 22, at the Roosevelt Hospital. Another new baby arrived pn Sunday to add cheer to the home of Mr. and 'Mrs. Russell. Gingel. The little girl made her apperance at the Roosevelt Hospital. Thanksgiving dinned . guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Murray were Mr. and Mrs. Neil Murray and children who came from Morgan for the event. Also present were Mrs. M. Verona Winkler, Wink-ler, mother of Mrs. Murray, of Bluebell; Dewey, Jerry and Dar-rell Dar-rell Murray. The Milton Lott home was the scene of a . family gathering on Thanksgiving day when Mr. and Mrs. Harry Montgomery and family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs.' Joe Taylor and family, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Gay-Ier Gay-Ier and baby boy came from Salt Lake City to spend the day with their parents. Mrs. Bliss Lott and Mrs. Olga Solmonson also were dinner guests. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Gaylor and baby remained here for the weekend to visit her father, Earl Fowler. Mr. and Mrs. John Oreno and two children of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Jule Perry and daughter of Tooele were Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day visitors at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Loyal Perry. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ross and family went to Arcadia on Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day to enjoy a feast at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Ross. Mrs. Alice Brummett visited at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Brummett Brum-mett in Salt Lake City last week. She returned Sunday accompanied by the Alvin Brummett family. Dinner guests at the home of Mrs. Lydia Nielson on Thanksgiving Thanks-giving were her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Don Mecham and family of Roosevelt, her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Colin Nielson of Jensen and Mrs. I. R. Tuttle. Word has been received from Mrs. Lydia Peatross that she is now convalescing, at the home of daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carlps Roberts in Orem. Mrs, Peatross recently underwent surgery at the Price Hospital, but is now steadily improving. Dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Todd Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day Were their son, Phillip, who came from Manila, Daggett County, where' he is now employ ed,' Mr. and Mrs. Licfael Babcock arid Mis$ Alice1 Todd. During t!he afternoon other Visitors were Mr. and Mrs.. Charles Richardson and Mr. and Mrs. A. I. Norman of Roosevelt and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ro-bert Smith of Hanna. Mr. and Mrs. LaVor Dennis spent Thursday and Friday in Salt Lake City visiting at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Don Rawson. Thanksgiving and Friday were vacation days for Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Tolboe, who spent the two-day two-day rest period in Salt Lake City visiting her parents and sister. Mrs. W. R. Harris who was hospitalized in Roosevelt several days was sufficiently improved to be brought home Wednesday evening eve-ning and is now convalescing and steadily improving. Visitors at the home of - Mrs. Bliss Lott Sunday were Mrs. Blanche Koehler and Mrs. Martha Nelson who came from Vernal for a short visit and to enjoy the ride in the warm sunny weather. Beatrice Marshall spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving with her mother, Mrs. Pris-cilla Pris-cilla Bingham, who recently moved into the home formerly occupied by the Charles Edwards family. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Larsen of Salt Lake City were Myton visitors visit-ors Sunday as they were returning return-ing home from a visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clair Larsen, Lar-sen, in Roosevelt. Mrs. Frank Holgate visited in Salt Lake City for a few days during the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Mott and family of Rangely spent the weekend week-end in Myton visiting their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Mott and Mrs. Iola Sands and celebrating celebrat-ing a post-Thanksgiving holiday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tanner and children motored to Logan to spend Thanksgiving with her daughter and fmaily, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Redden, and son, Norman, who is a student at the USAC. |
